... and when you do, they will retain it forever!

We all know that a very young mind can be trained but... can it learn? Real learning requires an understanding of the material as well as an understanding of it's value.  Without these, the likelihood of retention is slim.  With this in mind, Peggy Newfield was asked, "How early can children learn manners?"  Her response was the first course on manners developed for children as young as 3 years old.

Peggy believed that manners and character education can make a positive difference in a child's life starting at a very early age. See for yourself as you view Peggy teaching a class of 3 year olds.

To further enhance the learning process, the class is based on seeing, hearing, doing and responding . These children came into the class with little or no dining skills and left with all the rules down pat. They learned how to shake hands, make introductions, talk on the phone, have conversation, and more.  Plus, they could not wait for the next day's class. After the lesson on Thank You notes, one child went home and even asked his mother if she knew anyone they could write a Thank You note to. How's that for comprehension by a 3 year old?
