I thoroughly enjoyed your company during "Train-the-Trainer" week. I always had a desire to learn the skills needed to correctly behave during social events and an intense desire to teach that knowledge to others. The American School of Protocol has been on my prayer list for 10 years. Every year, I called to get a new brochure and you faithfully answered my inquiries. Your school remained on my goal list and I'm so proud that I was finally able to attend! I am a woman of faith and I feel like I came at the perfect time.

I felt like this program was designed specifically for me! The hands-on application of those lessons, while teaching the children, really gave me a greater understanding and vision of what I would be doing with my business.

I also have to mention that the hotel accommodations were top notch and the service was excellent. I really got a kick out of walking down the halls and being greeted by every employee with, "Hello, Ms. Dawson." You were absolutely right when you talked about the power of a name greeting. It really did change my entire demeanor.

I want to thank you for the invitation into your home. It really provided such an intimate learning experience. Brenda, Kelly, Dolores, Lindsey and the rest of your staff made me feel totally at ease and allowed me to focus all of my attention on absorbing the information. It was just wonderful!

Thank you for this training opportunity - it truly has been a blessing in my life. Thank you for your kindness and your eagerness to help me prepare for this moment. I pray that when I pas through this earth that I will be remembered for my labor of love in preparing children and adults to become their best.
