Nancy facilitated our workshop regarding public speaking. In a very respectful way, Nancy helped me to recognize those areas where I could improve, thus teaching me to convey my thoughts more distinctly. I have done some public speaking, but my session with Nancy was still invaluable. I am so glad this training was included. It is most insightful of The American School of Protocol® to realize the need for this important skill.
